Retreat Facilities

The Sacred Waters Center features a number of retreat space options, as well as extensive gardens, labyrinths, walking trails and a great view of the Hood Canal and Olympic Mountains.  We are receiving limited bookings from March-June of 2025, so contact us if interested.

Meal Service

We offer exceptional food service for a minimum of 12 guests per meal on campus.  Groups of a smaller size can participate in meal service if there are other groups that combine to meet the minimum.  If not available, there are options for limited access to food facilities, such as continental breakfasts and use of kitchenettes in the buildings reserved.  Contact us to discuss options.

Main Lodge

Built in the 1920s, the former Callison hunting lodge houses the central kitchen, dining room facilities, and resource library. The Lodge has six bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 overnight with shared bathrooms.  Cost is $65/night private room; $40 per person/night shared room.  Meals are additional, and based upon a minimum of 12 guests served - see details above.

The Gatehouse

The Gatehouse features sustainable bamboo flooring and non-toxic finishes. Built in 2010, the building can sleep up to six in three separate bedrooms, each decorated in a beautiful theme and featuring private bathrooms, microwave and mini-fridge.  Rooms are $125/night, which can be for either one or two people.  Meals are additional, and based upon a minimum of 12 guests served - see details above.

Creekside Lodge

Built in 2005 to Built-Green™ standards, Creekside provides overnight accommodations for up to 14 guests in seven rooms, features a kitchenette, a 375-sq.ft. meeting room for up to 25 with flexible seating options, a gas fireplace and easy access to a large deck. Rooms are $125/night, which can be for either one or two people.  We require a minimum of seven guests to book Creekside.  Meals are additional, and based upon a minimum of 12 guests served - see details above.

Hillside Cottage

Built in the 1920’s, Hillside Cottage has a special beach house charm. The 512-square foot living room can be used as a meeting space for up to 15 individuals and opens to a covered porch with spectacular Hood Canal and Olympic Mountain views. The Cottage sleeps up to eight guests in four shared bedrooms, has two shared bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen.  Rates are $125/night weekdays, $185/night weekends for the entire building.  Meal service is not available.
